The presentation will be delivered by Professor Ricardo Cohen, President of IFSO.<\/p>\n<p>The new data comes from a global registry capturing real-world outcomes in 1,298 patients treated with RESET across 37 centres in 12 countries, including NHS hospitals in Birmingham, London, Southampton, Manchester and Glasgow. It represents the most comprehensive analysis of RESET in routine clinical practice to date.<\/p>\n<p>The findings confirm that RESET delivers substantial and durable benefits:<\/p>\n<div class=\"pg-post\" style=\"background-image:none; padding: 0;\">\n<ul class=\"unordered\" style=\"list-style: none;\">\n<li>Patients lost an average of 18.9% of their total body weight<\/li>\n<li>Blood sugar levels \u2013 as measured by HbA1c, the standard test for long-term glucose control \u2013 fell by 1.3 percentage points, with the greatest improvements seen in patients starting at higher levels<\/li>\n<li>Benefits were durable, with 77% of patients maintaining improvement three years after RESET was removed<\/li>\n<li>The new research-driven, nine-month treatment approach delivers all of the benefits of weight loss and reduction in blood sugar, with fewer complications than the 12 month approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>RESET recently received CE (Conformit\u00e9 Europ\u00e9enne) Mark approval, ensuring it has met all European Commission safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
